Medical & affiliate disclaimer
How CitedRx makes money, why that doesn't affect what we rank first, and why nothing on this site is medical advice.
FTC affiliate disclosure
In accordance with Federal Trade Commission guidelines on endorsements and testimonials, CitedRx discloses that this website contains affiliate and referral links. If you click a link to a provider and complete a qualifying action — such as starting a consultation, signing up, or enrolling in a program — CitedRx may receive a referral fee. This comes at no additional cost to you; the price you're quoted by the provider is not increased by our involvement.
How our affiliate relationships work
CitedRx has, or may in the future have, referral relationships with some — not necessarily all — of the telehealth providers reviewed on this site. These relationships are how CitedRx generates revenue and keeps its research, scoring, and rankings free to read. Not every provider we list pays us, and providers cannot pay to be included, excluded, or moved up the rankings.
Editorial independence
The CitedRx Score is not for sale. A provider's score is built from five disclosed factors — how directly clinical-trial evidence applies to what they actually prescribe, independent third-party rating, insurance and prior-authorization support, clinical support model, and regulatory standing — documented in full on our weight-loss rankings page and research library. Whether a provider has a referral relationship with CitedRx has no bearing on any of those five factors. If we find something unflattering about a provider — an FDA warning letter, unresolved litigation, a weaker evidence match — we disclose it on the page, referral relationship or not.
Medical disclaimer
The content on CitedRx is for informational purposes only and is not intended as, and should not be substituted for, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. GLP-1 and other weight-loss medications carry real risks, side effects, and contraindications that vary by individual. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any medication or treatment plan. CitedRx is not a medical provider, does not practice medicine, and does not prescribe, dispense, or recommend a specific treatment for any individual reader.
Accuracy & how often we update
Provider pricing, medication formularies, and regulatory status (such as FDA warning letters) change frequently. CitedRx reviews and updates its pages periodically — each page shows a "last reviewed" date — but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Treat a provider's own website as the source of truth for current pricing and offerings before enrolling.
